Symbiotic Group: Business Cards and Vector Iconography

Innovators of IT consulting and recruiting, Symbiotic Group Inc. came to me wanting to stand out in a busy playing field. They wanted to refresh their company business cards, create graphics for e-mail marketing, and were interested in creating a series of vectors to illustrate internal reports, presentations, and website.

I designed their business cards using circles to create an organic, gentle curve when laid out side-by-side. Printed on natural textured cardstock, they invite touch and draw attention while still conveying business information in a professional and clean manner.

Alongside this, using Illustrator, I created a series of vectors representing different departments of business. These scenes are suitable for the client to use for both web and print. In the same illustrative style, I then created marketing material for web use, with the objective of advertising ongoing promotions to existing clients.

The most important challenge was incorporating the per-existing brand identity of over twenty years while designing fresh new graphics that would flow seamlessly with their existing website and material. The client was satisfied their goals for this project were met while staying true to their brand and culture.
